Swoon-worthy hero!!!
I received a complimentary copy of this book from Booksprout and I am voluntarily reviewing it.
I really had a hard time putting this book down. Make sure you have time to read this book before you begin. This one will pull you in from the beginning. I love second chance romance stories and this in no way disappointed me. It was fantastic. The men of this series are the type that you want to meet in real life. They are the perfect heroes!!! Warrick's book is next and I am SO looking forward to it. Ms Mayer, I sure hope you write fast!!!! I highly recommend this book.
Cory: Seals of Honor
Another fantastic book in the Seals of Honor series. Action packed from the beginning to the end. Cory finally gets the family he always wanted, even if he has to wait 12 years to get it. Angela had some rough times with a corruptive, dangerous husband but when Cory helps her reunite with her son Joshua, everything works out.

Good, but ending too rushed
I was kindly provided this book as an ARC; in exchange for my honest review. This book centers around Corey & Angela; from what I could gather former high school (possibly college) sweethearts. In the past Corey & Angela were heavily involved & an unexpected pregnancy tragically ended in miscarriage. 12 years later Angela is married to “bad guy” Greg; has a 6 year old son, Joshua & Corey is a SEAL on vacation with his friend Warrick. Angela & Greg are divorcing; but, Greg isn’t happy about it & is threatening Angela’s life.
The story is pretty believable, my only complaint is it was “wrapped up” so quickly & no real explanation as to what the bad guys were really doing & what all of the the pending legal issues encompassed. It just was thrown into a neat little package without the “wrap-up” one would expect. Overall pretty good, but not really “finished”. Ms. Dale is truly a fantastic writer, so this is not a stellar representation of her work.
