Hot story
This story was a riot to read. While light on a twisty plot, it was entertaining and full of steam as Lucy tries to decide if she should accept Derrick as her mate. Lucy was a riot and these two made me laugh a lot at their interactions and inner monologues. But it does do a good job of keeping me reading to the end to see ho wit all shakes out. And does a good job of introducing a new set of players to come in this series.
Blue Creek will never be the same
I love this author’s induction into this new series. Not only does she bring us a lonely kitty full of sass, but she brings us 7 dire wolves ready to settle down and find their mates. (Hopefully that means 6 more stories) I truly enjoy the way this author slowly builds the story while introducing us to the characters, it makes them seem so real and invests us in their future. Especially with Lucy, that is one sassy kitty who is going to keep Derrick on his toes for many years to come. I think you will enjoy this book as much as I did, and now the wait begins for the next book. I hope it won’t be too long.
Shake that Sass
They are just looking for something to call theirs. Everything is coming together until it’s not. She’s stranded and is hoping to a quick in and out but things go down the wrong route. There are hang ups when they meet but she won’t bend to him and she’ll make him prove himself before she decides anything.
