Steamy Friends to Lovers Romance
I want a Cam who will be there for me and my family like he does for Serenity. She really did pick a great guy to be her friend, one who cares about her and her sons and wants to spend time with them unlike her ex. But they’ve both been burned by love in the past and it shows in the issues their friends to lovers relationship has. They have to let down their walls especially Serenity to be happy together. She is a good supportive mom who will go against anyone who hurts her boys as she does for several funny moments in this book. But it’s still sad that they have to endure it.

My Christmas season always begins when I receive the latest holiday romance from Amanda Siegrist. She is one of my favorite authors and her festive and uplifting stories are guaranteed to put you in the Christmas spirit.
Cam has his work cut out for him when it comes to winning Serenity’s heart. He was besotted with Serenity from the moment they met but unfortunately, she has kept him firmly in the friend zone. They have a close, platonic relationship that he very much wants to change to a romantic one. Cam helps her around the house and has gotten close to her twin sons and feels as if he is part of the family. Serenity has dreamed about having Cam in her life forever but she is under the impression that he only wants to be friends because he had never asked her out on a date. It was a bit frustrating watching Cam and Serenity pretend that fireworks weren’t going off when they were together. Even her sons could tell they had feelings for each other! Cam made Serenity a beautiful Christmas gift that he hopes will show her how much he loves her, but what if it wasn’t enough? Would they only ever be friends, or will the magic of Christmas sparkle them with happiness that will last a lifetime?
