The winter season is usually a successful time of the year for business owner Lisa Bailey. A chance encounter with holiday shopper Brian Andrews puts a damper on her Christmas spirit. Brian is going through a lot this festive season. He uses Lisa to take his mind off a tragic time in his life. Thrust together out of the blue, they forge a bond that will either melt like fallen snow or grow into a holiday miracle.
