Cassie loves using science to find answers. Solving crimes with her skills is a thrill... Knowing people died, and that's why she has a case to solve? That's motivation to work faster, smarter and harder.
She and her team of three guys have been together for two years since the previous book, and while their relationships are progressing, and their interactions keep things interesting, the whodunit aspect is front and center, and feels like the larger part of the story.

Paranormal and Mystery
I adore Laura Greenwood and her writing. This book has mystery and love. Cassie and her mates are part of the paranormal crime unit. They help solve a mystery and bring some justice. It is a quick read that will make your day better.
Fated mates and heartbreak
This episode Hadrian and crew are back… and all are finding their groove in this mate business. Trouble has found several shifters and now it’s time for the team to figure out this crime jigsaw puzzle. A bit of introspection, lots of drama, and unusual ways to get the answers needed.
