The Young Pioneers Adventure Series for Kids, by Joann Klusmeyer, is a five-book anthology of wholesome, faith-friendly adventure and mystery-oriented historical fiction for kids. The stories are set primarily in the midwestern United States around 1900 as America’s settlers expanded westward into the territories.

Each book contains two captivating stories, and the series features a mix of boy and girl protagonists around the age of 10. Times were exciting in those days, and mystery and adventure seemed to know every young pioneer by name.

Ms. Klusmeyer is a prolific author with over 50 titles to her credit.
