It's worth a dollar, I guess.
It's hard to complain about a book you buy for a buck. I'd give this book a straight, middle-of-the-road 2.5 stars, had I the option. This mini e-book is about as long as a brief zine article, without images or much insight. It's basically a bare bones description of the stencil art movement/scene, identifying two major players and vaguely mentioning a third. But it's a dollar, and you get that for which you pay.
