Stephen L. Casson v. Linda E. Hornberger

1) This matter originated with a request for child support filed by the petitioner-appellee, Linda E. Hornberger ("Wife"). A hearing was held on August 9, 1989 in the Family Court of the State of Delaware, in and for New Castle County. A decision was rendered on September 5, 1989. The decision required the respondent-appellant, Stephen L. Casson, Sr. ("Husband") to pay to the Wife child support for the parties two minor children. There was no appeal.
