"Survival" is not related in any way to the phony televisions shows; but the reality many of us are forced to deal with in this new Great Depression period Washington politicians call " recession." It is not a how-to book, but a series of novels dealing with survival for individuals, nations, and the world. Part 1 deals with a fictional character, Sean Semineaux as he deals with surviving the death of his only son, the loss of his home, the woman he loves, his job and professional future as a professor; and acting on a vision fro his so to find a mystic gift in the sea to save the home in which he died, Semineaux loses his freedom and goes to jail. He loses much that he loves. But he struggles to finish a book on nuclear, chemical, and biological terrorism and is invited to New Zealand and the Pacific to give a series of lectures on his views, trying to help save the world as his own life crashes around him. He escapes with his dreams intact, and hope in his heart. It will also give one many laughs.
