Something is hunting the residents of an off-grid Florida community. Staying inside at night is advised, and heading beyond the trees is forbidden at any time. After receiving a distress call, Alex is forced to depart on a solo mission. Upon her arrival, the situation deteriorates, and the barriers that once kept people safe are eroding.

Unaware of the current status of his old teammates, Arthur Graves is stuck wasting away in a secret federal prison.
