Another detail in this web of tragedy.
Talon and his teammates were seriously injured in a roadside bomb. They now know it was deliberate.
Clary is talons old girlfriend and sister of his best friend. We find out that the brother’s car accident wasn’t an accident after all.
After clary was left to put her life back together Talon tells her the truth.
These two still have feelings about each other. With the mystery of these “accidents” out there, Clary’s life is now in danger.
Can these two find love after loss?

This is another wonderful addition to this awesome series. I just love all of these guys. They suffered so much two years ago when the vehicle they were riding in hit an antitank land mine. One died and the rest were severely injuried with missing limbs, organs etc. After a long hard 2 year recovery, they come to realize that they all have had loved ones killed or in Lazlos' case, a father injuried in a hit-and-run.
The series evolves in each of the stories as well having a team member find the love of his' life. The stories are so full of drama, romance and suspense that the books just hook the reader in immediately and flows so smoothly that before you know it, it is over. Ms. Mayer has finely crafted a wonderful series. You will be in suspense and desperately waited for the next installment to the series.
