Stuff Your Kindle Read
Downloaded it during the Stuff your Kindle 2024 event and decided to read it as a small break between my current series marathon reading.
For a one day read it wasn’t bad. Was published, if I recall correctly, in 2014 so future books could’ve been improved on.
There were quite a few grammatical errors and run on sentences that caught my attention. Then way it reads could’ve been adapted from an original fan fiction to a book format. Very cheesy in certain spots, sex scene between MC’s was okay, timeline and plot felt rushed. If it had more length to be fleshed out for better flow, transition, and character development I’d rate it higher.
I may continue the series to see what happens further with these characters but at this point in time unsure if that will happen between my other club reads. May not be my cup of tea but can be someone else’s.
