Sweet and charming romance!
The writing duo known as Kennedy Fox have given us some great couples we have loved! This time they are giving us stories about sexy cowboys! Taming Him is the first book in their new Bishop Brothers series. What a start it was!
Alex Bishop is quite the charmer. He is sexy, gorgeous and a gentleman. He may not do relationships, but he treats the women in his life with respect, even as he tells them let’s be friends. He has a strong foundation from his family and really was an overall great guy.
River Lancaster thought she had met the man of her dreams, only to find out he is married. Brokenhearted, she heads off on a two-week vacation to put it behind her. This is about her and moving on. I loved River. She has been hurt in the past and does not trust easy, but she is also sweet, feisty and determined.
Alex and River meet when they are both on vacation and feel an instant attraction. They decide to enjoy each other and have fun before walking away. What they did not expect was the need to see each other again. It was so much fun watching these two together! I do not want to spoil this, but they are so good together. I loved that they took their time.
Taming Him was a nice surprise from this writing duo. It was a very sweet romance. And I absolutely loved the Bishop family. This book really set-up the foundation for the rest of the series. I am so excited to read about all the brothers.
