    One of the best baking books around!

    The recipes are not as difficult as they might seem. I would say it’s a solid intermediate level baking book. Some prior experience with baking would be useful, and you should definitely have a stand mixer. But the recipes are written well and are easy to follow. And of course they are also all delicious!
