The content is divided into five chapters — The Fundamentals of Intellectual Property, The Process of Technology Transfer, Patent Application Examination Inside the United States Patent and Trademark Office, Commercialization Strategies, and From Technology to New Company — and delivers instructional materials to support both individual learning and use by facilitators interested in running our workshops at their respective institutions.
