An emotional intelligence work out

This book was informative and helpful at the same time. You’re given some valuable advice followed by great examples. It’ll definitely be a book that I’ll be reading again, because a lot of the insight provided I know will create a better understanding on how my mind operates. Not only does it help you learn about yourself but it also gives you guides on how to put on the shoes of another person in order to gain clarity. Definitely have been implementing what I’ve read and learned and so far it has helped me along the way. 10 out of 10. -Gilbert’s Soul
