Outstanding approach
I have returned to this book again and again, and every time it has helped me get to the next stage. The author is straightforward, honest, and the approach works for personal and professional self-discovery. The chapters and exercises help the reader to be utterly honest abt challenges, fears, and needs, without judgement. The book has helped me to grow in a job I thought I'd outgrown, work through burnout, and move on to the next challenge.
