Made Me Hold Off On Jumping Into Real Estate
I grew an interest in real estate investing with the idea of having a passive income and began researching with reading this book. I figured it can’t be too difficult to buy a property, hire a property management company to run it and I more or less collect the checks at the end of the month. This book does not sugar coat the process. I have learned just how deep and involved this is that for now I decided to just continue researching and investing in dividend paying stocks while I continue learning more about real estate investing. Since there is so much info I agree with the author that you should read this book more than once. I recommend this book for anyone that is trying to get into this type of investing and wants to see an in depth overview of what your getting yourself into.
