Waste of time
Sorry but I did not like this book. It rambled on and on. The story could have held my attention if all the side journeys into the main character’s thinking were condensed. I was trying to get a book by Freida McFadden and somehow this book was in her lineup and I mistakenly thought it was hers. Not even in the same level of writing.
Anticlimactic
The “secret” was lame and all the characters in the book already knew it, unbeknownst to each other. I read the whole thing waiting for this big shocking reveal and I feel completely let down.
