I received a complimentary copy of this book and I also purchased the book from the publisher's website as I LOVED it. I just wished that I could give this more than 5 stars!
This is the second book of the series and it was a home run! There were some hilarious scenes and some very touching scenes as well. I adored Max as he was a secondary character in the first book. The author wrote a very "charming" book for him and Ava.
I appreciated the book being written in a dual POV format. There were times that it really can in handy (especially near the end!) There were some sexy scenes as well but not overly in your face offending, at least not for me.
Can opposite be attracted to each? A grumpy ex-Navy SEAL now entrepreneur and a sweet sun-shining free spirit come together? You will have to read this fantastic book to see for yourself.
I seriously am looking forward to another "Charming" book in the future! I look forward to re-visiting this Gulf coast town again and again.
