Great read
Second chance romances are truly my favorite and this is a great one. Meg Marvell thought she and Jason Mann had a great thing going. Then he left without a word. Seeing him again after 2 years is a shock but she needs answers and she's determined to get them. The only way he will agree to answer her questions is if she comes back to her cousin's ranch with him. Once there she shocks him by taking a job and pretty much ignoring him. Seeing her everyday is slowly driving him crazy and if he doesn't get her to leave soon he will lose his resolve to protect her by leaving her alone.
A great read and one I recommend.
Second Chance at Love
I truly enjoyed The Cowboy Rides Away by Jeannie Watt, the third book in her Marvells of Montana. This is a second chance story with Meg Marvell accidently running into Jason Mann a year after their break up. Meg is at loose ends after losing her teaching job, unsure of what direction she wants to follow. After her encounter with Jason, she takes up his challenge and travels a few hundred miles to work at her cousins’ ranch, outside of Marietta, Montana. Working together Meg and Jason find that their attraction and chemistry did not die out during their separation, but is actually stronger. Jason needs to figure out how to tame his demons before he can give Meg the love she deserves.
I really enjoyed reading this book and had trouble putting this book down, reading it in one day. Ms. Watt drew me in and did not let go until I read the last page. I definitely recommend this book to other readers and look forward to reading more books by Ms. Watt.
