The Cube Method is the powerlifting training program that has taken athlete after athlete to the next level of strength. Powerlifters have been hitting PR after PR, taking their strength to levels previously not thought possible. The Cube combines and rotates Heavy Days, Rep Days, and Explosive Days in a way that has never been done before. Take the guesswork out of powerlifting training with the revolutionary Cube Method, written by Brandon Lilly, holder of the #1 RAW Powerlifting total in the World in 2012.

Keep it simple stupid!!!!!!

We have used the method over and over, In Order for anything to work in Life you will need a Plan.
As novice Powerlifters My wife and I have been training ourselves and learning on our own, We have gotten “Great” results using the Cube Method, Always remember this and it is a must check your ego at the door and leave it there.
Follow the Cube Method exactly the way it is laid out ,be patient with yourself, believe in the Process and you will see Results by the end of the 10 week cycle. Then start the cycle over again!
Thank you Brandon for sharing your knowledge and Experiences!
We just finished BOBV and look forward to BOBVI using the CM as part training cycles.
