A young man is shot at point blank range in the lower back and the back of his head by a very powerful rifle . No witnesses and no clues are left beyond. The victim was last seen in a pub arguing with another man. As part of the investigation Kay Hunter and her team uncover an illegal firearms operation leading to the identity of the shooter. Another stupendous read in this series!! Enjoyed immensely!! My highest recommendation!!
