I'm practically speechless having finished this amazing book. Ari captivated me almost like he did Claire and I hate having him let me go now that it's finished. I am totally in love with him. He's incredible. Oh, and Claire. My heart shattered at times for this gentle broken woman. Thank god Ari found her and put her back together. Their story will stay with me forever as it is unforgettable.

Don't read any reviews that give away anything. This book needs to be read cold. I will say, despite how incredibly dark it is and everything that happens, it's not near as graphic as you would think it would be. Even the open bedroom scenes were not really that explicit, the emphasis was definitely on emotion more than anything else. Actually, if I had to define this book in one word, emotion would be it. This is the first book I have ever read by Kitty but if they are all like this, count me a new fan. Her writing is beautiful and elegant, like a true work of art, and I can't wait to read more.
