Publisher Description
Madison Stanton doesn't know where she is or how she got there. But she does know this—she is dead. And alone, in a vast, dark space. The only company she has in this place are luminescent objects that turn out to be all the things Maddy lost while she was alive. And soon she discovers that with these artifacts, she can reexperience—and sometimes even change—moments from her life.
Her first kiss.
A trip to Disney World.
Her sister's wedding.
A disastrous sleepover.
In reliving these moments, Maddy learns illuminating and sometimes frightening truths about her life—and death.
This is a haunting and ultimately hopeful novel about the beauty of even the most insignificant moments—and the strength of true love even beyond death.

A great story
I read this story back in high school as an early teenager, I’m now almost 25. This book has had me then and now thinking about the story line and how the plot drives me to think about life and death. Death has always been something that’s felt so scary to think about. Mainly the thought of what happens after I’m gone and what’s after life. I love how to author expressed that with this story. This book is one that I searched for, for years since high school since I forgot the title and the author’s name over the years. But after searching the highs and the low of the internet, I was finally about to find my very own bubble of this book in my own version of IS. I’m glad I did
