This is book 3 in the order of magic series. It’s an entertaining read that had me laughing out loud at times but also crying. It’s action packed with adventure, suspense, magic, steam, and a second chance romance. Such a fantastic story that I highly recommend.

Tender Heart Pain *Tissues Needed
So this story is Heather Warrick Harrison’s. We capture glimpses of what leads her pain and why her Grandmother Julia has her joined with two other women through magical rings. Her story is a sad one so have tissues because no parent should have to bury their child. So sensitive content contained. We do learn the entire story and the hesitant romance building between her and one of her contractor electricians Martin Edwards. His situation is story worthy as he’s a single parent dealing with a gifted daughter on his own. Merging two stories into one rounds this into a good beautiful moment. So now all three friends have mates or boyfriends. Teasing light hearted moments bond the characters as their friendship thrives and the love and support gets tested. Lorna, Vivien and Heather encounter another surprise that segues into another book as the girls turn another chapter.

A touching story of loss and renewal
While Heather battles a good bit of sadness in her life she also tries to help others through her gift and even teaching them to use their gifts. Bouncing from happy and hopeful when she is working on refurbishing an old mansion to searching for forgiveness from her son, her journey keeps you turning the pages as fast as you can. The mythology behind the magic these women have is intriguing and their love lives add fun and laughter making for a great read.
