They go into WITSEC in exchange for testifying against Bovaro. Eight years later, due to a foolish slip on Melody's part, a Bovaro goon finds her parents and kills them, but WITSEC whisks Melody to safety. By the time she's an adult, Melody has gone through a numbing parade of eight identities, the latest as a math teacher. Love it
Great book. Well written and a fast read. I can't wait until my kids go to sleep so I can finish it tonight. I am three quarters through it and like it well enough to write a review. Can't wait ti read more by author Cristifano.
Really loved it!
I loved this book. I finished it feeling every emotion it left me with. My first week afterwards I felt like a Zombie post-read. I was in mourning, missing them and for the two of them. A must read!
