The Hollywood Haunt

HOLLYWOODLAND HAUNTED! RUMORS OF BURIED TREASURE...TWO MEN DEAD...GHOSTS STILL AT LARGE!

It's Halloween season, 1932, and eleven-year-old Sparky has enough trouble without adding ghosts to the list...

Then former silent-screen star Dante Amadeo comes pounding on the door of Creepy House in the middle of the night, terrified, half-dressed, and clutching his mischievous poodle, Daisy. Something terrible has happened at his Hollywoodland mansion-and Dante is convinced the place is haunted.

Before Sparky knows it, she's up to her curls in dead men, buried treasure, outlaw ghosts, gangsters, treasure hunters, movie stars, suspicious cops, and enough stray animals to start a zoo. Somewhere in the Hollywood Hills, a fortune may be waiting. Unfortunately, the dead may be guarding it...

With Halloween closing in and Hollywoodland getting spookier by the minute, Sparky will need all her street smarts to uncover the truth-before this Hollywood haunt scares somebody to death!

"The Hollywood Haunt is a zany ride through Old Hollywood . . . A riveting mystery from start to finish."
