Publisher Description

“Ashhur will awaken in a blaze of fire…”

----

Mordan has lost their king, and Harruq Tun is a poor replacement. He has slain a god, but he cannot quell the unrest growing between the angels and the humans they are supposed to protect. The thin line between protectors and rulers blurs with each bloody death.

An army of beast-men lays siege to the north, while in the south, the nation of Ker invades seeking to overthrow the rule of angels. Those same angels are Mordan's only hope of defending itself on two fronts, if only they would look beyond the rebuilding of their fallen city.

Wizards and paladins, priests and angels, they all seek to benefit from the chaos. But a single figure manipulates them all from the shadows, seeking to overthrow the kingdom Harruq and his friends have fought so desperately to defend, and replace it with another…

Josh from NYC ,

Best series ever

I can honestly say ANY book written by this author is a page turner and I am constantly impressed by how they get better and better. The characters build and grow throughout the series and I must say- I am BEGGING for the next book to be released so I can give him my $ to read it! Yes that's how good they are! Also the author is an awesome guy who I have kept in touch with for a few years via email or Twitter... Very nice guy!

Worth the wait! I love all the Half-Orc books and this was no let down. I got one work to describe this book, "Fall"! Read this book and you will know exactly what I mean.

To all things dalglish

I stumbled across half orcs in my first foray into iBooks. Pleasantly surprised at such a unique perspective, in the world of fantasy. Story telling is a lost art form, and prefer it to formatted writing. Original, whacked out epics, getting the story and mind numbing plots in grand, beautiful style. Is awesome in every way. 4 for writing, 5 for story telling!
