Lady o the tiger
I think it waz the tiger bcs the princess waz jealous of the lady so why would she tell him to pick her. She is also semi-barbaric.Whatcha think, the lady or the tiger????
The lady or the tiger?
I thought it was the lady cause she wants him to be happy so let him live and be happy
A Tricky Ending
I appreciate the unique twist Frank Stockton put in this short story.
It was worth the entire twenty minutes spent reading it. A refreshing and highly involved story that anyone will love. It is the type of book that will enthrall you to the point that you are surprised when you reach the last page.
My choice for the ending:
Personally, I feel that sadly, the princess chooses the door with the tiger. Frank makes a lengthy note to her barbaric heritage, supporting and hinting towards the bloody ending. He alludes much more the that option than the lady.
Because really, who would choose to see their love marry their rival?
The great part is you can pick which ending YOU think most likely.
This is a wonderful wonderful read.
