The Night's Watcher

Sir Nickolas Boone wakes one morning to find a house burned to the ground and half of a family dead. Trying to process this tragedy, the Town turns their attention towards The Night's Watcher, a mysterious man who wanders and watches the Town at night. Who is this person and what do the crimes have to do with him?
