Fantastic read, a must for anyone who cares at all about their health and wants to truly understand why the food pyramid is so messed up and why our country is so sick. It just makes sense, this is not a fad that is going to go away like so many others. Whether your healthy or have a debilitating health issue modern medicine can't resolve this book is for you.
I couldn’t get into it. Very repetitive.

Dr. Kresser is a thoughtful and well-respected blogger and podcaster known for his careful and insightful interpretation of the scientific studies available regarding your personal health. This, combined with Dr. Kresser's own clinical observations makes his book (and his many other resources) truly valuable in developing your own best health.
