Amazing Plant Strong cookbook!
My husband and I have been eating plant strong for about two years. I ordered this cookbook before it was available knowing it would be just what I was hoping for. It turned out to be that and even more! The recipes are all fairly simple, straightforward, use ingredients that you typically have on hand and the best part is everything has turned out absolutely delicious! I have been using this cookbook for almost a year now since it was available. I have made many of the recipes but still have many more to go. This is something I truly look forward to! Thank you Ann and Jane Esselstyn for your effort to make this book possible. Many thanks and please consider doing another book in the future.
