The Ten Commandments

Moses came to the top of the mountain.  Here God gave his people the law to follow.  These laws are the famous Ten Commandments. The first commandment one is that people shall have no other gods before God. God is the creator of everything.  He is our savior and our judge. All honor and power belong to him.  Money and power are not what we should pursue. The second commandment is that shall not worship idol. Many people thought it was better to create an image to worship, such as a bright, eternal sun or a strong cow.  These would guide people to worship idols and forget God.
