The Tree Frog notices a creature at the pond that looks somewhat like him. But he cannot decide what animal this creature is really like. He starts off comparing the Toad's rough, bumpy skin to his own smooth shiny skin.
After the Tree Frog has a long conversation with the Toad, he discovers that they are actually related, and that the Toad is very talented in many ways. The Tree Frog decides it's not how you look on the outside but what you do with your life that really matters.
