About the Author


Rob Price is a first class certified personal trainer and a former fitness consultant at the University of Wisconsin.     Track and field strength

    This book has been a terrific guide especially for endurance strength training. The program and it's specifics on throwing events has been a guide for my athletes for the past 2 years helping score 1st place field event points. I was surprised with the sprint conditioning and workout schedules as well. An excellent, and must have, resource for any track program.
