Great Info For The Over 50 Health Concious

If you are looking for a plan to lose or maintain weight, AND maintain your physical body, this book is for you. Getting “old” will happen to all of us, but being complacent with how it happens doesn’t need to be the way. The author offers science based ways for living and thriving after the age of 50. Diet and Exercise are the focus, and plans for both are offered. (Hint: Protein, Fiber, and Resistance (Strength) Training are the building blocks to growing “old” by taking control of your own life.)

It’s a lot of talk that isn’t that useful. Menus and recipes
Really aren’t what majority of people eat. It was a total waste of my money.
