Sadly overlooked
This series is a gem. Well paced, characterized, and genuinely fun. While not quite as stellar as wells' the element of fire, still a very good book and series.

Juvenile fiction- creative backdrop
Story is well written but has occasional jolts of no reality.

A definite must read
One of the best written books I've had the pleasure to read ever. I would love to visit the world and the characters again and again.
