These moments

Following the death of her husband, Ian, Fiona Hartley recalls moments in the all too brief life they had together, while he was serving as a British diplomat in Kenya. A time of turmoil in East Africa, with the possibility of war between  Kenya and Uganda, problems with their neighbours to the south and actual war between Uganda and Tanzania, set against the magnificent backdrop of East Africa and its famous national parks, its people and post colonial problems of identity.
