USA Today Best Selling Author, Willow Winters, brings you an all-consuming, sizzling romance featuring an epic, anti-hero you won't soon forget.
Some love stories are a slow burn. Others are quick to ignite, scorching and branding your very soul before you’ve taken that first breath. You’re never given a chance to run from it.
That’s how I’d describe what happened to us.
Everything around me blurred and all that existed were his lips, his touch…
The chase and the heat between us became addictive.
Our nights together were a distraction; one we craved to the point of letting the world crumble around us.
We should have paid attention; we should have known that it would come to this.
We both knew it couldn’t last, but that didn’t change what we desired most.
All we wanted was each other…

The Mystery Continues
WOW! This Love Hurts had me from the very first word to the very last. When I read Do You Want Me? I knew that I needed more and boy did Willow Winters deliver. In part two of the book, more of Marcus and Delilah's relationship is revealed. Marcus, in true Marcus form, is always one step ahead of everyone. He is there to protect Delilah, keeping her out of harms way in the shadows. He is also claiming what he sees as his, Delilah. Challenging Cody Walsh in every way and letting him know that he will do what needs to be done to keep her safe.
Delilah life is spiraling out of control. The man that she fears and wants to be caught and sent to jail is also someone she is starting to obsess over. Delilah's encounters with Marcus leave her feeling scared and unsure. However she also senses that he is protective of her and she questions why he is. Their encounter in Cody's house leaves her shaking to her core but it also ignites a desire within her. She knows it is wrong and questions if she is losing it. There are too many questions running through her mind as she tries to piece together how Cody and Marcus are connected and the role that she plays among this love triangle. I am left with this thought, "Two men pining for the love an attention of one woman." What else will be revealed in the next story.
Don’t Start With This One - Part 2
Willow, oh Willow!
You left me (us) with a cliff hanger??? Again??? I HATE cliffhangers!!!
Now, I’ll admit part 1 had me a little iffy o this story, but this part, part 2, sucked me in and now I’m left wanting more!
I’m not gonna tell you anything about this book and potentially ruin something for you. Just know this is part 2 and it does not end... there is for sure at least a part 3.
I know we all want to know who Marcus is, but this story is more than finding out who the man in the shadows is. If you have read the other books in this world, you have all heard of the man in the shadows. However, you do not need to read them to understand this story. It can completely stand on its own. Willow has had me interested in Marcus’s story since the beginning, and I am so glad to have finally read it. She weaves a tale of two men and the one woman they want. Willow grabs your attention with the way she writes. She knows how to hook the reader and keep them hooked. She will leave you always wanting more. There is drama, secrets, quite a bit of suspense, some oh my moments and twists and turns. You will have a different type of feels with this story. Your heart will be pounding reading what unfolds on the pages. I was stuck on the edge of my seat waiting to see what would happen next.
“I’m not the one who changed things. What happens next is his fault, his doing. Not mine.”
“To love is never wrong.”
