So much for the flu!

After being in bed over a week with the flu, I started looking for new books to read and was glad to have found this. I could not put it down. I'm definitely reading her other books. Loved it!

I'm reading all her stories one by one...

I'm what you would call a 'closet romantic' and since I don't have lots of time to read, I am very selective of what I do read. I loved that iTunes let me sample the books, it gave me a window into the quality of writing of Ms. Mullins. I was impressed from the first. Her stories are about the people, not what they wore, where they were or even WHO they were. Just good, well thought out characters that meet in realistic settings and respond to their experiences in normal ways. It is easy to see that she enjoys writing, telling a story - it's not Milton's Paradise Lost, but thus far ALL of the stories I've read are good, light, 'happy ending' reads.
