Unexpected love
I voluntarily read a copy thru Netgalley. The story of Alexandra and Ian is full of danger, action and suspense. It is so well written that it keeps your interest and you continue to read to see what happens next. To me, this is the best type of book. The love between the two of them develops rather quickly and unexpected on Ian’s part. I would highly recommend this book.
Just ok
I enjoyed parts of this story, but some awkward modern phrases (“wild and crazy” and “okay” for example) seemed out of place in an historical novel.
