Together for over 60 years Jerry & Jean Smith have a history of love.  This series of books is dedicated

to the memories of a couple dedicated to each other for eternity.  Family still growing and a boy name Dale is born.  His own father would not know of his birth for almost 2 weeks after his birth.  Family living in Garden Valley, Boise ID and preparing to move again.  Jerry, the father, often works away from home with the USFS leaving his wife, Jean, of 3 children alone to raise a young family.  Kids growing up love the igloos in the rocky mountains in the winter and the family road trips in the summer with the entire family.  So his children can attend schools in Boise, Jerry communities on the weekends to come see them from up in the mountains of Idaho.  Jean had to manage a growing family until he arrived each weekend.
