Fast paced edge of seat thrilling book! Jake is a complicated dark special forces operator and the story twists and turns throughout the book. A page turner. Clutch and Sarah are again intertwined in the story and the reader falls and cheers for them! Absolutely loved the second book in the series!
Meh...
Felt like reading an anthology - 3 simultaneous love/lust stories = too many considering that's not what I thought I was purchasing. Plot has some rather large holes in it, is too murky in spots and the relationships barely hold together. I would have preferred to read one believable story in a well-formed romance/suspense storyline, with deeper, 3D character development than read something that jumps all over the place in a smoke and mirrors attempt at distracting the reader. Not sure I'm motivated to finish this one.
