Loved it!
I absolutely loved this story! Leslie Kingmaker has a set of trials to go through to choose the next leader of the community, one to love and one to exile. Her first trial is with Ben the alpha wolf. Their chemistry is sweet and amazing. She is trying to figure out this process and realizes not everything is as it seems. I can't wait for book 2!
Disappointed
The whole premise of the book is the trials-plural. Addressing only one is short sighted. Doesn’t make me want to purchase more
ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!!!
To be a Kingmaker is a tough job. Especially if your father never prepared you for it before he died. Everything may not be as her father always said it was. Now she must choose a mate from the three clans of vampires, werewolves, and fae. She must also choose a clan leader for the 10 clans and make one other choice she finds out about later. The first six day trial period belongs to Ben, the werewolf alpha. She's never been a relationship kind of girl and all the sudden she has a mate! How much can you really learn about someone in six days?
The story line is fantastic! Lizzy Ford writes amazing series and this Trial series is sure to be another one. I can't wait to read book 2, Trial by Thrall.
