Publisher Description
Olivia Hayes wasn't born a liar or a cheat, but circumstances have forced her to play a role she never wanted or imagined for herself. The letters she sends to a well-to-do rancher in Colorado promising to be his mail-order bride are lies, all the same. Desperate for money to care for her ill mother, Olivia had no intention of following through with the contract she signed with Matchmaker & Company. That is, until her mother passes away unexpectedly, she's left penniless and homeless and the owner of the matchmaking company gives her a choice; go to Colorado and be the bride she promised she would be, or go to jail.
Determined to embrace her fate with an open mind, Olivia sets off to meet her new husband, the handsome rancher, Tyler Wainwright. However, life for Olivia is never easy and she is the lone witness to a brutal murder along the way. Forced to flee her new, powerful enemy, she runs straight into Tyler's arms.
Will the killer sent to silence her forever complete his mission? Will Olivia's lies lead to her death or will love and truth be enough to give Olivia and Tyler a happily-ever-after?

Troubled Bride
Story interesting until chapter 13 where Baby Josie becomes baby Gracie. Guess everyone drifts occasionally.
Troubled Bride
Story line was good but half way through the book they changed the name of the baby and it did not flow.
Great Story
I love a good exciting and sweet romance. This is one of my favorites. Olivia is a wonderful girl who has taken care of her mother for many years. Hospital bills mount up and she finds herself in debt. She must pay them or her mother will not get the treatment she needs. Some deception on her part gets her the money she needs only it is too late. Her mother passes away. Maggie, her boss who is the owner of Mail Order Brides tells her she must marry Tyler as she promised since she took his money and he is expecting her as promised. Her choices being marriage or jail she chooses to go to Golden Colorado and marry. She always wanted a husband and children.
Tyler’s wife died in childbirth after six previous miscarriages. He needed someone to take care of his little girl so he went to Maggie and signed up for a MOB. His heart was broken after the miscarriages and the loss of his wife. He vowed to himself to have no more children and he didn’t want to lose another wife. He couldn’t bear any more heartache.
There is a lot of attraction between Olivia and Tyler and the story has a lot of excitement and danger. I love these short stories because the author has a wonderful way with story telling. I can’t hardly put the story down long enough to cook my husband dinner. Lol. He always knows when I’m reading a Cynthia Woolf story when it gets late and he hasn’t had his dinner. Lol. If you like short sweet stories with lots of action and excitement, this is one to read.
