Cute but boring
Aside from the not typical abused girl being all that- it’s still the same old story of the perfect girl never knowing disappointment. It’s also very poorly edited and poorly proofread which made for a jarring experience.
I did appreciate the age, but the hook from the Facebook ad which brought me here, wasn’t in the story.

Why was not a warning that the book was not complete before the purchase
