Fun, gentle love story
Love, love, love Garrett and Tessa! What a sweet, gentle love story. This book was a great ending to a fantastic series, the bonus epilogue was the perfect finishing touch! And a warning, it will also make you want to find a little donut shop and eat all the things!
Risk this
Such a fun and heartfelt story, this book just doesn’t quit. Tessa and Garrett are the perfect lead characters. You just want them to get together, in spite of the baggage and history they (well mostly Tessa) carry. She’s smart, capable, and runs her own business, alibi a bit too tightly controlled. And yet she’s got a heart of gold that she just can’t quite bring herself to give away again after a bad experience with an old boyfriend. Garrett is every woman’s dream boyfriend. He’s kind, patient, good looking, and simply adores Tessa. Best yet, he’s willing to o wait for her feelings to catch up to his. I love the way Ms Carrington wrote these characters and how their “friendship” developed and grew as the story progressed. This is definitely a must read. Don’t miss it. I received a complimentary copy of this book. This is my freely given, honest review.
Loved it
After the last book I didn’t think I could like any couple as much as Eli and Delaney and then come along Garrett and Tessa. The moment she pulled over in the rain to help a stranger was the moment I knew this book was going to be so good. Tessa was just so sweet and as a fellow sympathy crier I felt I could really relate to her. Once I reached the end of this book I knew I had to go back and start all over at the beginning of this series. This whole series has been so much fun and I just loved how each character in it was so different but they all had traits that made them so wonderful. Must reads for anyone who likes a clean rom-com!
