Publisher Description

The story is about a vivacious young lady named Georgiana, who selflessly and sacrificially cares for her invalid father. Her father's illness prevents her from furthering her education and nearly reduces her family to poverty, so Georgiana decides to take in a border, a unusual young man she knows as Mr. Jefferson. As she learns to put the needs of others first, she is rewarded far above anything she could imagine. Ms. Richmond does an excellent job of incorporating humor, romance, good old-fashioned character, and a spelbinding plot into this book .

Wonderful book

The storyline was magnificent! You received the ending you hoped for and more than just an epilogue. You viewed into their complete happily ever after three years down the road

Refreshing!

It was so refreshing to read this story, so delicately interwoven with family, friends, love and faith! The romance was so truly inspiring and from the heart; a far cry from the cheapness used to portray it in today's novels. A true classic!!
