Under the Oak

Married to her best friend and business partner, Dani Hanson was a clever, driven, workaholic with her own successful business. She was living her dream until her husband unexpectedly dies leaving her broken. Unable to cope with the grief, she moves to New Mexico in search of a life she can handle without him, and slowly reconstructs her dreams discovering a new love for photography.

 

When she sees a photograph of a massive oak tree close to her home, Dani is overwhelmed with the desire to see it. When she finally gets the opportunity to go, she meets ranch owner Joe Starling, he himself a widow with two grown daughters.

 

They quickly realize that they share more than just similar circumstance, and as their passion and love 

for each other develop, they learn that it is never 

too late to live, no matter how much you think you have lost.
